The dash cam has no battery and cannot be charged.
When driving at night, when the infrared camera in the cockpit encounters light and detects object movement, the screen will flash white light. This is normal as infrared night vision is very sensitive. If you don't like it, just toggle the home screen display to fix it.
1) Micro SD card is not included. Please format the micro SD card in the dashcam before using it for the first time. It is recommended to use a class 10, U3 speed micro SD card to record videos. Please do not use "SanDisk Ultra" or "Generic Class 10 for HD Video" cards.
2) Please insert the card before you turn on the dashcam, or the dashcam may not recognize the card. Do not insert or remove the memory card when the device is in operation.
(Before using the new SD card for the first time, you need to format the new SD card on your computer. Otherwise, the dash cam may not be able to recognize the new SD card)
3) Please keep the dashcam auto always connected to the power supply. The dash cam will turn off if there is no external power connection
4) If you need auto camera recording 24 hours after parking, you need to install an auto dashcam with a hardwired kit. It is recommended to use ACC hardwire kit with the interface of mini USB 5V

5）If your car doesn't have a reversing system, you need to connect the red wire of the reversing camera to the positive terminal of the reversing light. If your car already has a reversing system, you just need to ignore the red wire of the reversing camera, so that the screen will automatically display the image of the reversing camera when you reverse. And with a guideline, it is convenient for you to park safely.

Installation Step By Step:
1) Insert the micro SD card into the driving recorder (use a brand new micro SD card, please format the SD card first).
2) Attach the driving recorder to the rear view mirror of the vehicle with a rubber mounting strap. Adjust the angle of the camera to make sure it can record what you want.
3) Install the rear camera at position A or B as shown in the figure on the left, and connect the rear camera to the host. Carefully route the power cord around the windshield and tuck it under the trim.
4) After connecting the dashcam to the cigarette lighter for charging, start the car, turn on the dashcam. The dashcam will start recording automatically when it is turned on.
