This product is new, however, often has damaged packaging, so we do open all before listing to assure that there are no missing or damaged parts. In this case, the product appears to be a returned item by the shipping carrier and the package had been wet and from that (As shown in the last 3 pictures) appears to be some sort of rub marks on the frame and the box may appear to have some mildew, maybe be what the discoloration is on the unit as well. Being Vinyl I am unsure if this would be cleanable or not. For this reason, we are offering this only for local pickup so that it may be personally viewed and a more informed decision may be made.
