Clarke Super 7R 240 Volts Floor Sander Edger. Low Hours of Operation.

Up for sale is a Clarke Super 7R 240 volt sander/edger.
NOTE:  This machine is wired to run on 240 volts only.  It will not operate on 120 volts and it is not a simple conversion to have it operate on 120 volts.  It is ideal for commercial jobs or when the power source is more than 50 feet from the jobsite.  It can be operated inside a residence with the use of a splitter when operating the floor sander on 240 volts, plugging into a 240 volt power source, or going directly to the service panel.
This machine has been thoroughly inspected and shows little sign of wear.  The bearings were replaced with SKF bearings, made in France and Italy (No Chinese bearings).  The gearbox was cleaned and repacked with the correct Clarke gearbox grease for this machine.  The brushes have approximately 85% wear left.
This machine draws approximately 5.3 amps when running and approximately 10 amps at start-up.  The 120 volt machines draw approximately 8 amps when running and approximately 12 amps at start-up, so theoretically this is a more powerful machine than the 120 volt machines.
