    Description

    For sale is a Royal Sovereign model RCD-3 Plus counterfeit detector. I tested this unit and it seems to work fine, but when you switch around the lights it makes a brief squealing noise. I don't know if this is normal, perhaps the bulb is on its way out. Like I said, it seems to work otherwise. The unit has some signs of wear/use but has a lot of life left in it.
