What can we do if the video can't be recorded normally?
A: You can change the TF card; Change resolution, frames per second; Insert the larger capacity memory card; Make sure the card is installed correctly (during the installation process; you should hear a clicking sound), delete unnecessary files from the memory card to free up space.
Q:
Why does it turn off automatically after a few minutes?
A: Please make sure the car charger is connected to provide power, because the battery can't work for a long time.
Q:
Why can't the dash cam recognize the SD card?
A: First, use the class 10 with a branded memory card, which is better. (CLASS 10 IS BEST). Secondly, please check the position of the micro SD card (usually there is a mark on the device near the card connector that shows the correct position of the memory card). the device after inserting the memory card.
Third, please insert the micro SD card into the device before turning on the device. Lastly, format the micro SD card. Lastly, please reset the dash cam, there is a small hole on the device, could you please use a small pin to push it (reset hole).

Why did the dashcam turn on/off automatically?
A: To turn yourself off, please try to check the device first:
1, Please change another car charger OR always connect it to computer directly via the USB cable and test if the device works well. If so, the car charger is defective.
2, Please check whether you had already turned on the auto power off function. If yes, please turn them off, this is so important, please check:
1) Double-press the MENU button at the top right (next to the power button) -- Press the down button to select auto power off.
2) Use Left Up/Down button to select “OFF” on the right side, then press REC button to confirm.
3, If it still doesn't work, please swap another memory card in the device OR remove the memory card to test.

Why doesn't the recorder record after I insert the SD card? It does not work?
A: You need to format your SD card on computer. After inserting the SD card into the mirror camera, format the device again. Click "Setting" → "Format"

Can you adjust the width and angle of the backward guide lines? The reverse assist is too narrow and very inaccurate.
A: Hello width cannot be adjusted. You can adjust the angle up and down. Swipe up and down on the left third of the screen to adjust the camera's field of view.

A: Yes, of course.

No more loop recording
A: The reason why the device stops repeating video recording is that the video on the SD card cannot be overwritten. In other words, the file is completely locked and cannot be overwritten. Please format the SD card manually. Then set the protection level to medium or low.
